Organize a Startup Pirates event

Startup Pirates is a movement that aims to spread an entrepreneurial culture around the world. To do that, we need Your help to organize events and empower wannabe entrepreneurs. We have a team that provides ongoing support to all Event’s Organizers and other resources, such as:
  • - Website and an email account
  • - Brand & Logo
  • - Know-How (private wiki)
  • - Handbook on how to organize an event
  • - Promotion & Advertising
  • - Network of Sponsors and international Mentors and Speakers

What it takes

Organizing a successful Startup Pirates event is not easy; it requires a serious commitment of time and energy over a period of many months. As an Organizer, you are responsible for nearly all aspects of putting together a great event, including:
  • - Building a team
  • - Choosing a suitable date and venue to host the event
  • - Reaching out to speakers, mentors, entrepreneurs and judges
  • - Promoting the event to the community
  • - Finding local sponsorships to help cover event costs and managing the event budget
